TRIUMPH TR5 2.5 TR250 RHD CONVERSION & SURREY TOP

This exquisite Michelotti designed TR250 was imported from the USA approximately 12 years ago. It received a full restoration and was converted to right hand drive. Fitted with overdrive in 2nd 3rd and 4th from new, a Surrey top has been added making this a very practical classic sports car. Since arriving in the UK it has had 2 owners. We have the Heritage certificate which shows the engine is still original and also details exact build date and original specification etc. The current owner (one of our Directors) has maintained it to a high standard and it has been kept in a temperature controlled dehumidified garage. During restoration the car was resprayed in its original colour of Valencia Blue complete with bonnet stripe and still looks absolutely stunning 12 years later. During our Directors ownership the car has graced many classic car shows receiving much praise and attention and on warm dry days has often been used to commute to work always performing faultlessly. An absolute pleasure to drive, upon turning the key you are treated to that wonderful straight 6 burble from the twin s/s exhaust. A cruise around the country lanes is a hoot, the fully independent suspension and coil overs provide the car with great feedback and predictable handling that immediately puts a smile on your face. There is included a huge file of history with receipts going back to its time in the USA and photos taken during restoration. With prices of similar condition TR5's hitting £60k to £70k this is a very well priced alternative. Mileage advertised is since full restoration and showing on odometer.
